Billing

• Process and review invoices, consignment notes, and additional charges

• Manage billing activity through customer and third-party platforms

• Prepare and issue customer invoices and supporting documentation

• Keep billing information accurate, complete, and on time

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Monitor customer accounts and payment status

• Record incoming payments and follow up on outstanding receivables

• Communicate with customers on invoices, payments, and account questions

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Process invoices and supporting documentation

• Prepare payments to subcontractors and business partners

• Verify banking details, contracts, and other payment documentation

• Maintain accurate records of outgoing payments

• Prior accounting/finance/admin experience is a plus, not a requirement

What you'll do:

• Track customer freight, communicating with drivers, dispatchers, carrier sales, and client sales

• Enter data accurately and on time into our systems

• Update estimated delivery times as things change

• Spot problems early and bring solutions, not just issues

• Build and maintain strong driver relationships

Your job: sell freight, build carrier relationships, and cover loads.

What you'll do:

• Work the phones daily - cold-calling and negotiating with carriers across the USA

• Cover loads under time pressure and build a pipeline of reliable carrier partners

• Develop long-term carrier relationships to make covering loads faster over time

• Work closely with Client Sales Reps to match carrier capacity to market needs

• Work an open board - unlimited loads to cover, 24/7/365

What we're looking for:

• A driven, motivated mindset - willing to put in the extra effort to close a load

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a positive attitude
