Accounting/Billing Administrator

This position is office-based in Belgrade and presumes US EST working hours (14-22h in Serbia). What would be your responsibilities and what we expect from you:

  • Full Proficiency in English.
  • Prior accounting/billing experience is preferred but not necessary, we provide full training.
  • Tech-savvy skills would be considered as a big plus!
  • You are a good team player able to work under pressure.
  • You are someone who has a good eye for detail and is able to multitask with time-sensitive tasks.
  • Willingness to learn, grow your skills and competences.
  • Billing through customer platforms.
  • Processing of received documentation (invoices, consignment notes, additional costs).
  • Issuing invoices and providing clients with necessary documentation.
  • Keeping records of inflows and outflows and entering them into the system.
  • Preparation of payment to subcontractors.
  • Communication with subcontractors in order to collect cargo documentation and payment information (data from banks, contracts with factoring companies, checks, etc.).
  • Providing payment status information.

Track and Trace Representative

As a Track and Trace Representative you will be the main point of contact for truck drivers. This position is office-based in Belgrade and presumes US EST working hours (14-22h in Serbia). What would be your responsibilities and what we expect from you:

  • Maintain driver relations and serve as a point of contact.

  • You will schedule freight loads and maintain communication with warehouses, following up on freight location, dispatch, check in etc.
  • Escalation management – you will be identifying potential issues in operations and have a proactive attitude in bringing solutions.

Client Sales Representative

As a Client Sales Representative, you are the one making new and nurturing existing relationships with clients!
This position is office-based in Belgrade and presumes US EST working hours (14-22h in Serbia).

What would be your responsibilities and what we expect from you:

  • Full Professional Proficiency in English is a must!
  • Prior experience in the industry and in this position is not mandatory but is a plus.
  • Utilise all communication vehicles to source and develop new accounts.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Managing interdepartmental and cross-function relationships – i.e., between clients, carriers, and shippers.
  • As a Client Sales Representative, you are required to have strong negotiation skills, and the ability to learn fast.
  • The expectation for new representatives is making 100+ cold calls a day once training is completed.
  • To foster the growth of active and inactive customers to gain additional wallet share.
  • To work collaboratively with the Sales and Operations Team to ensure a high level of service for all clients.
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
  • Provide top-of-the-class client care, with the aim of turning clients into brand ambassadors.
  • Extraordinary time management, work ethic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to set priorities.
  • Result-oriented approach to tasks.

  • You would use McLeod software daily; Using our software you would identify, source, procure new carrier relationships, send rate cons, provide driver, and load updates.
  • our main directive would be to develop, establish, and maintain relationships with carriers across the USA while working closely with our Client Sales Reps to identify current market needs.
